Hi,
I have a SBLive! 24bit on my PC. I installed the deva-sblive from ALSA2
audiodriver package that I took from qnx.com
Every time I start the driver, the following message occurs:
“SoundBlaster Live! soundcard #1 not found or device busy
Unable to detect SB-LIVE! (No such device)”
How can I fix it? First, is it the correct driver to use?

Of course - not ! SB Live 24bit is not an SBLive card. It’s based on the
ca0106 chip, others SBLives based on emu10kX.

Audio2 works very well for me couple of months ( industrial environment, CME
8738 audio card ).
Serge: I can read www.kpda.ru/faq only in Russian language. Other languages
are not correctly displayed - perhaps only in my browser ( colleague’s too -
IE, Firefox ).

Serge, SB Live! driver - that’s good, but it wouldn’t work nor with SB Live
24bit, nor with Audigy LS, which built on ca0106 chip.

, but you can see the list of
supported chepsets.
It’s a tamporary site/faq edition (Russians are saying: “there is no more
