how to install sshd in QNX

Can anyone please tell me where to download sshd for QNX 6.2.1? and
how to install it in QNX?

Should be on the “3rd party” CDROM:
http://www.qnx.com/download/feature.html?programid=9978

To install it, use the default installer program. Then I think you
might have to run /opt/etc/ssh-genkeys.sh.
