How to config wm.menu for Asian Language ?

hello ,every one .

I know how to config wm.menu for English desktope menu,but when I config it
using Chinese characters ,it can’t show Chinese characters.Here is my
wm.menu file:

I am using QNX6.21PE. If I install QNX with cd ,it can show Chinese
characters in desktope menu .If I do myself photon embedded, it does not
work. In my embedded photon ,i can use cpim to input Chinese characters in
ped.
Any suggest is appreciate ,thanks!

Could it be a font problem? The desktop menu uses TextFont09. If you
load the wm.menu file into ped on your embedded target, select
everything, and change the font to TextFont09, do the Chinese characters
look right?
