QNX 4.25 with flashdisk

I have CPU Board with flashdisk about 128 MB. I have use CPU Board with
harddisk and I install QNX 4.25 in harddisk but in QNX i can’t see
flashdisk. Why?
How do work QNX can see flashdisk ? and Can be install QNX over flashdisk ?

If this isn’t one of those IDE style flashdisks you will need a driver for
it. There are drivers for DiskOnChips and maybe one or two other brands.
