How to init the clipboard manager ? There is a directory created in
/var/clipboard. But I don’t know who create and manage it. Is it photon
or pwm ?

Not a stupid question, probably a case of a bunch of people thinking
that someone else will answer it.
I believe /var/clipboard is created during install. This is why if you
create a build image for a separate target you need to create the
directory yourself. The functions themselves are a part of the photon
library and involve message passes ( I assume ) to Photon. So I guess
it is Photon and which ever app is interacting with the cut/copy/paste
that are in control of the /var/clipboard directory at that time.
I looked through the docs using clipboard as a search and I didn’t find
anything on this. Maybe it should be. I will file a PR on this.

The subdirectories created under /var/clipboard, i.e. //, get
created whenever an item is copied to the clipboard (if they don’t already
exist).
