NOR AND NAND Flashdisk

I have flashdisk (include NOR and NAND) but i don’t see it in QNX 4.25.
Why /
How do you work with it ?

How does it connect to the QNX 4 box? IDE or equivalent? USB? Or
is it wired directly on to the board?

It is wired directly on to the board. In flashdisk have Embemded DOS, and
i have install QNX 4.25 in external harddisk but not see flashdisk.
