synchronous ppp

Hello,

Does someone using a synchronous ppp based application ? I don’t know if
this deamon does exist on qnx 6 ?
It seems there is no synchronous serial driver in qnx 6 in the standard or
pro edition and pppd seems working only with uart driver.

Philippe.

As I remember there was Zilog 8530 for x86 too, but pppd as I know doesn’t
support synchronous PPP protocol.

Thanks Mike,
but IMHO I think the driver zscc is just for the asynchronous part of the
chip.

Best Regards
Philippe
