Leap second is due 23:59:59.31/12/2005, what will QNX4 do ab

Once I asked here (no reply came) about leap-seconds.

How does QNX4 handle them?
My boxes are NTP-driven, will it hurt to let them see 23:59:60 on
31.12.2005?
