What is the difference between the QNX versions?

I try to use QNX RTOS for my company’s project.

And, I want to know what are the main differences between the QNX versions
(QNX6.1, QNX 6.2 and QNX 6.3) in the concrete.
(Of course, I know that the QNX6.3 is the latest release and is an upgrade
from 6.2. That means there are bug fixes, performance improvements)

Could you let me know what’s the difference between QNX6.1, QNX 6.2 and QNX
6.3 simply or give me any documentaries which problem?

You should refer to the release notes of 6.3 / SP1 / SP2, they contain a
large number of changes. As for the older versions, the biggest difference
between 6.1 and 6.2 was the introduction of the IDE - with 6.1 only command
line based development was possible.

But why would you care? If you start a project today, you use 6.3 SP2 anyway
and won’t get in touch with the older versions unless you need to maintain
an older project that cannot be migrated. Generally, projects can be
migrated quite easily from one 6.x to the other, while it is more work to
migrate from 4.25 to 6.x.
