In ped, when I choose pcterm font, end-of-line’s start being visible
as black blocks with hollow center. How can I switch this off?
Black line marker on the left does not move inline with cursor: on the
top of page it is aligned OK, but going down it stays upper and upper.
Whe cursor is far down this line marker is some 2 lines above cursor.
How can this be fixed?
As it is now ped is barely usable for me. This all started with SP1 or
SP2 applied. I do not know which SP did this, because before I had
none, now I have both.

The first problem you mention is a bug that’s mentioned in the latest
SP1 release notes on the website:
If you use ped on a Neutrino host, and you use a phf font such as
pcs* PC Serif, pcss* PC SansSerif, pcterm* PC terminal, symb* Symbol,
or tech* Technical, you’ll see an extra unreadable character
at the end of each line. (Ref# 22190)
It’s been fixed internally, but I don’t know when it will be released.
Someone else will have to help you with the second problem.
