Are there ANY chances of “Fatfsys” evolving into a sort of “Msfsys” to
support winXP’s NTFS, so that all DOS file systems could be accessible
(FAT12/FAT16/FAT32/NTFS/NTFS5) from QNX4?

I would guess this is unlikely unless you pay QNX to develop it under their
“custom engineering” scheme.
If I want to transfer files to unsupported filesystems I usually do it via
FTP.
