QNX6 installation could not find Compact Flash

Our system is PC/104+ based. It has one compact flash and one IDE.
I boot the QNX Neutrino from CD and Select F3 (Install QNX to a new disk
partition).

After I enter the license key, the installation could not find any disk in
the system. I have no disk to select for OS installation. How come? CF is
there and If I run from CD(F2 selection), /dev/hd0 shows up.

Any ideas?

Hi,
I had the same problem. Fortunatelly I found a solution. You have to disable
DMA. There is a messsage “press spacebar to … or press D to disable
DMA” (or something like that) before entering the license key. Just press D.
In my case it helped and my CF card was in the list.

did the bios found the cf-card (…correctyl?) - check this first!
somethimes you must use manually settings in the bios
