Eclipse can't show japanese character

In QNX 6.3 SP2 of Japanese Windows host, the eclipse can’t show
japanese character of source codes. In
Eclipse->window->Preferences->Editors->Text file
encoding, does not show MS932.

However uninstall SP2 (e.g. rollback to pure QNX 6.3.0), the eclipse
can show japanese character of source codes. Besides, the
Preferences->Editors->Text file encoding shows MS932!

I checked that the system locate and user locate both set to japan.

I think it is a bug for QNX 6.3 SP2.

Does anyone know where have patch or workround?

MS932 doesn’t show up in my list either (not surprising, as I don’t have
Japanese support installed in XP); I’m not sure where Eclipse gets the
list of “valid” encodings for that drop-down.

Is it possible for you to work with UTF-8 source files instead of MS932?

Download and install the Multi-Language (ML) JRE from java.sun.com.
