How to integrate QNX 6.3 with Service Pack 2 ?
I’m not sure exactly what you need help with, but in any case I recommend
you start with the 55 page installation guide which explains how to install
SP2 over a 6.3.0 system. The PDF is available for download. You should also
read the installation and release notes, which are found in the ‘read more’
link next to the SP2 downloads in the same download area. Here’s the link:

as part of a new Momentics seat in a physical box, you will have a printed
version of the aforementioned installation guide. You will need to register
your product to your myQNX account to access that part of the download area.
If you’ve downloaded SP2 instead, you must already have access.

/like in WinXP - You can have WinXP install CD and, apart, SP2 - 200MB file,
but You can integrate that file (SP2) with WinXP install CD

To my knowledge that’s not possible.
If you mean merging the 6.3.0 and SP2 into a single installation CD, that is
not supported right now. Bear in mind that the Momentics installation CDs
are for development seats and development-related test systems only, not for
actual runtime deployments. To deploy runtimes you need to package your own
product or use one of the off-the-shelf x86 runtime products. With the stock
x86 runtimes we don’t currently offer an SP2 version however we are planning
to produce a new version upon release of the next service pack for Momentics
6.3.0.
