Problems installing 6.3.0 SP3 on an HP desktop

We’re triyng to install neutrino 6.3.0 SP3 on an HP DC5100M/P4 desktop.
This desktop uses a SATA disk, but in BIOS we have selected to emulate a
standard IDE disk.

In the same machine we’ve already installes Neutrino 6.3.0 and upgraded
to SP2 with no problems

This is the screen that appears when we try to boot from SP3 CD:

Hit Esc for .altboot . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
… . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
… . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Can’t locate PNP
nodes

After that the system hangs. We suspect that the system hangs while is
identifiyng the disk.

We have done the same process with and old clone machine, and they boots
OK (message “Can’t locate PNP nodes” also appears in this machine).

Can somebody help us about this?

Ping
