Is embedded QNX OS available for downlaod?

I want to run QNX OS on Athena microprocessor board (product of
diamondsystems) and run C program. I want to know if the embedded QNX OS for
processor board avaliable at qnx.com, or I I have to buy it from
diamondsystems? Thanks.
