Application size difference build on QNX 6.2.1 than 6.2.0

Is “qcc” the only reason for the size of application build on QNX 6.2.1 than on 6.2.0? Using same makefiles, size of application build on QNX 6.2.1 is different than build on QNX 6.2.0. What are other possible reasons? (e.g. library files or something more…)
