I NEED TO MAKE A BOOT INSTALL DISK (6.3 SP3) FROM A USB FLASH DRIVE I’M LOADING ALOT OF cPCI BOARD THAT DO NOT HAVE A CD ANY IDEAS ?

Keep it simple by taking the HD or what ever device you want to install to, on a standard PC. Install from there then move the device over.
not so ease on cPCI sbc uses a 2-1/2" laptop drive
I know all of the workarounds to load the os.
I was hoping there was a way to install from a usb flash
