I have installed qnx4.25 using a cd provided by the qnx company. my qnx4 folder does not have the photon folder as well as the graphics folder, does anyone know how to install photon or even where to get it from

Older Versions of Photon (e.g. 1.12) are in the folder /usr/photon1.12/…
Do you mean on the machine itself? I have no folder Photon on the machine no where. Can this be downloaded from a site?
It should be on the CD. And via the installer on the CD you should be able to install photon.
I remember photon is a separate product to purchase. Once you have the product key, you should be able to install it from the CD.
