Can anybody tell whether Qnx Neutrino for ARM platform available for download.

If anybody know , please help me .

Of course it is - haven’t you tried the Eval download page on the QNX site? It asks you to select your target CPU, ARM is among it. You can then choose from a variety of BSP’s for the ARM platform. To use one of the BSP’s, you need to have the corresponding hardware the BSP was written for. If you want to modify the BSP to make it work on your own platform, I think you need to buy the BSP.
