I have a car radio Harman that is based on QNX 6.5 and my problem is that this unit is restarting all the time, no matter if cables are connected to it or not. So I decided to install the rado on the bench and make serial connection to it and export everything during a boot, the device hangs about after 50 second or so, maybe anyone with experience could take a look to this boot log file and tell me what is the reason why device is restarting?
The output seems to be almost all developer related and not standard things I see during a QNX 6.5 startup. I see a lot of lines indicating the reading of a disk or probably SSD which might coorespond to playing something. My main observation is that this output is probably unrecognizable to anyone other than a developer at Harmon. However, toward the end there are obvious indicators that this is a planned shutdown, not a crash. My guess is that something is triggering this. Maybe flaky on/off button?
indicate correct or incorrect data reading?
Because I suspect erroneous readings from the emmc memory, I took the radio apart and found a small SKhynix h26m78103ccra BGA with a capacity of 32GB, and I am considering reballing this BGA.
Since it is application generated, not something I’ve seen from QNX I don’t know what all the parameters are, whoever cmd 18 is probably the MMC_READ_MULTIPLE_BLOCK command and the lba hex number is a logical block address.
Because the reads continue without some message, I would guess that the reads are succeeding.
