Problem in making QNX6.0 NC- boot floopy in Windows Me/XP

Hi

I have down loaded QNX 6.0 NC. I could be able to install this in Windows 9X machine.

When I tried in Windows Me , Windows 2K and Windows XP, it asked to make boot up floopy. But I could not be able to make boot floppy from this. It gives the error " QMakeDsk Error".

Can any one help?

make try another floppy disk formatted.
if you can burn the iso cd into cd-rw, then can also use that cd to boot.

I have tried more than 5 number of formated flopppies, still I could not be able to make a bootable floppy in WIndows Me
