Does QNX 6.2.0/6.2.1 support SCSI adapter Adaptec SCSI Card 29160? I tried to install the OS on HP Proliant ML350 G3 Server which uses Dual Channel Ultra 3 SCSI by default but it failed. Then I changed the SCSI adapter to this Adaptec SCSI 29160 but it also failed. What’s the problem?

Yes, Adaptec 29160 is one of the supported SCSI cards. Actually it is one of the SCSI cards that Igor Kovalenko (one of the long time QNX users, used to be active in the QNX groups, but pretty quiet lately) highly recommended. I seem to remember he said the QNX driver doesn’t support the 64-bit PCI mode but works in 32 bit mode.
On the other hand, QNX used to have problems installing onto SCSI disks (from a IDE CDROM), don’t know if that’s been fixed. You shouldn’t have problem using it as a data disk though
