I’m from Poland and my english isn’t good. :slight_smile:
I have 2 question:

  1. Can I play *.mp3 files (from windows) in QNX? If yes, please tell me how, and if i must have program to do it please get me a link to download that.
  2. How can I see computers from my Local Area Network (lan)?

  1. You can use phplay (Photon Media Player) to play mp3s. You may also try better player “killerAudio” which you can download from www.killerstuff.net

  2. There is no direct way of seeing computers in network neighbourhood. You may install “Samba” and you’ll have to use the command line tool “smbclient” to access other windows computers. It may feel awkward initially, but once you get used to it, its very straight forward and works beautifully. You can also mount other computer’s shares in filesystem (like “Map network drive”) using “fs-cifs”.
