Well you would need a driver for the USB radio, and a program to pass the sound data to the audio system. I don’t know that either of these exist yet. Were you hoping to write them?

There’s a development kit for USB to show you how to write a USB driver. If you don’t already know about USB, you should find some technical information. I know that there are books on the market. You will also probably need technical specifications on your radio.
