When QNX6.3 is bootup, could not found this lan card.

what am i do? please help.

Please run
pci –vvv

If your network card is detected, note its vid and did (Vendor ID, Device ID)
Start the network, for example, this way:
io-net -dspeedo vid=0xVVVV,did=0xDDDD,pci=0 -ptcpip
