no suitable server for ntp

I am not synchronizing with any public server it’s on lan

config file of 201 m/c

server 127.127.1.0
fudge 127.127.1.0 stratum 2
driftfile /etc/ntp/drift

restrict default ignore
restrict 10.105.153.202
restrict 10.105.153.203
restrict 127.0.0.0 mask 255.0.0.0
authenticate no

config file for 202 m/c
server 10.105.153.201
peer 10.105.153.203

server 127.127.1.0
fudge 127.127.1.0 stratum 3
driftfile /etc/ntp/drift

restrict default ignore
authenticate no

config file for 203 m/c

server 10.105.153.201
peer 10.105.153.202

server 127.127.1.0
fudge 127.127.1.0 stratum 4
driftfile /etc/ntp/drift

restrict default ignore
authenticate no

after this i am running ntpdate -Bd 10.105.153.201 on both client m/c (202 and 203)

but its giving no suitable server .i waited for 2 hours.
