pci -vvv not reporting all devices?

I’m running QNX 6.4 on a 8086 machine. When I run the utility command ‘pci -vvv’ I get a list of PCI devices but it doesn’t seem to include all devices in the system. Is there some secret switch to get all devices shown? The system is a rather complex PCIe system with multiple PCIe switches and bridges.

Try ‘pci -n100’

-n100 has no effect. I think that the pci server is not traversing through all types of bridges.
