Exists a Sis 630 compatible driver for QNX 6.2 ?? I can’t use the standard svga and vesa driver - I need some 2D acceleration for using BLIT-routine without losing any CPU performance.

No, Sis630 graphcis card is NOT supported in QNX 6.2
It is said that the next release, QNX 6.3, will support it.
In the meantime, I suggest you try the new vesa driver
