TCP/IP Version 4.25 and 4.23

Is there any known issues with tcp/ip version 4.23 or 4.25?

You would be much better off using version 5.

I recall that the older version had some connection limitations, relatively severe ones too.

we, too, have had connection problems. i was unaware that there was a later version (we use 4.25), so when the inet superserver on our customers’ machines started spawning hordes of FTP daemons, i wrote a cron job that killed them all if there more than five active at one time. i will be looking into version 5!
