Documentation regarding thread scheduling (FIFO,Round Robin)

Hi,

could anyone point me to documentation regarding the thread scheduling? I have seen it before, but I can’t seem to find it again… I need to do a report for the end of my internship and I need to write about the scheduling (FIFO and Round Robin) so that the next person taking the project is aware of that and will be able to change it if need be.
