access to navi dodge ram 2013

hello
i want to mount the hd of my car navi. its a harman opennavi with qnx and a garmin navi software.
the reason is, that i´s impossible to buy europe maps for this car and so i want to try it on a other way.

does anybody has a tip how to do this?

i am looking for a simple solution. i only want to get access to the hd to chance datafiles.

Use the standard 6.5 boot CD to run QNX on some PC, where you connect your HD. It should be detected and available under /fs.
