Beta versions of QNX are not released, so all released versions of QNX are stable.
Of course sometimes there are bugs and bug fixes, so sometimes there are minor releases.
The latest version of QNX with Photon and a self hosted development environment is QNX 6.5.
The latest version of QNX is 6.6.
