ld: unrecognized option

hi ,

i have the make file which is running successfully and compiling in QNX 6.2.0.(gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release))

When i tried to compile the same in QNX 6.5.0 (gcc version 4.4.2 (GCC)).

It shows the following error

"ld: unrecognized option "
“ld: use the --help option for usage information”.

Please help me
