I would not take it that way.
Mario said that a good editor ‘matches your brain structure’. Well… what
is the ‘brain structure’ of your organization? Linux? Run Momentics in
Linux, use your favorite editor, and off you go.
Brain structure can also imply usage of self hosted only I guess 
The editor that comes with the Momentics development environment is pretty
complete and universal (you can use the same editor in QNX, Linux, Apple,
Windows). What is wrong with this?

Yup . but Workspace is a home project … I just didn’t have the spare
time for it in the last year.
I will try to bundle the source and make it available on my web site on
the next week.
If you want to modify it and send me patches, it is up to you. I will
keep the source up to date, but I don’t have the time right now to debug
and develop new feature my self.
System Profiler put’s the bread on the table, not Workspace.
